Mindfulness doesn’t have to mean long meditations or finding extra time in your day. It can be simple, practical, and quietly woven into the life you already have.
I offer gentle, personalised support to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control; through small, meaningful shifts that build into lasting change.
After 18 years in teaching, I reached a point that might feel familiar - life was full, busy, and looked fine on the outside - but I often felt like I was just keeping up rather than truly experiencing it.
Work was demanding, family life was full, and like many people in roles or responsibility, I’d become very good at prioritising everything and everyone else. I was rarely fully present - my mind always on the next task, the next thing that needed my attention.
That’s what led me to mindfulness.
I didn’t step away from my responsibilities or suddenly find hours of spare time. Instead, I started small - simple, practical shifts that helped me feel more grounded, focused, and connected, even on the busiest days. Over time, those moments added up to something much more meaningful.
Now, as a qualified mindfulness teacher and certified meditation leader, I work with professionals who are used to operating at a high level - but who are starting to feel the cost of always being “on.”
People who are capable, committed, and driven… but who rarely pause long enough to check in with themselves.
My approach is straightforward, personal, and designed to fit into real life. There’s no expectation to carve out large amounts of time - just thoughtful, sustainable ways to bring more clarity and calm into your day.
Through personalised offers like “Micro Mindfulness,” I help you integrate simple practices into the rhythm of your life, whether that’s a few minutes of breath-work between meetings, a reset during your commute, or small moments of awareness woven into your existing routine.
Lasting change doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from creating space - however small - to notice, reset, and return to what matters.
Not done any mindfulness today? That’s OK.
Breathe in when the diamond swells, and out when it deflates.
Your mind feels constantly busy, and it’s hard to switch off
You know you be doing something to manage stress, but don’t know where to start
You’ve tried mindfulness before, but struggled to stick with it
You don’t have time for long practices, but still want to feel better
You’re looking for a calmer, more grounded way to move through everyday life
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
There’s no pressure to do things a certain way, no expectation to “get it right,” and no need to carve out hours of time.
Instead, we focus on small, realistic practices that work for you; whether that’s a one-minute breathing space, a shift in perspective, or a new way of approaching everyday moments.
Over time, these small changes begin to add up, helping you feel more present, more steady, and more able to handle whatever life brings.
Each element offers a different way to begin, whether you’re just starting out, short on time, or ready for deeper support.
