At my mindfulness taster sessions, I give practical tools and training that you can use straight away to bring a sense of calm and put you back in control.

In these sessions I focus on MORNING ROUTINE and, most importantly, the action you can take to make the smallest change for the biggest difference.

I offer a safe, supportive environment in which you can focus on your needs. You will gain a little experience of the positive impact of mindfulness practice and I guarantee you will leave the session with at least one new skill to improve your daily life.
