From perpetual ‘work mode’ to ‘fully present with the kids’

Tony was a serial procrastinator and suffered because of poor sleep. He also felt that his relationship with his young family wasn’t as close as he’d have liked.

Through practising mindfulness techniques, the quality of his sleep improved, meaning he had more energy during the day.

This meant he could focus more easily at work, get things done more quickly and be home in time to spend quality time with the family.

Of course, Tony’s partner was happier because of this and his family unit grows closer and stronger.
